Dr. Kinman is a former Board member of Sisters in Crime / Los Angeles Sisters in Crime is a nonprofit, international organization of women and men dedicated to combating discrimination against women in the mystery writing field, educating publishers and the general public about inequities in the treatment of women authors and raising the level of awareness of the contributions of women to the field.
